A focused path

From video to useful repetition

One link and three small decisions are all it takes to turn passive watching into deliberate practice.

  1. 01

    Paste the lesson

Use any embeddable YouTube lesson, cover, demonstration, or tutorial.

  2. 02

    Mark the hard part

Set A where the phrase begins and B where it ends, then fine-tune by 0.1 seconds.

  3. 03

    Slow down and repeat

Choose a comfortable speed and let the focused section return automatically.

LoopVideo

What is LoopVideo?

LoopVideo is a free YouTube A-B loop tool. Paste a link, set a start (A) and end (B) point, slow it down, and play that exact section on repeat — perfect for practice and study. No account, no downloads.

Built around the video, honest about the limits

LoopVideo uses YouTube’s embedded player. It never downloads or proxies the video, and a small seek delay can occur when playback returns to A. Videos whose owners disable embedding still need to be watched on YouTube.

Use cases

  • 01Guitar practice — drill a riff or solo bar by bar.
  • 02Piano practice — repeat a tricky passage slowly.
  • 03Language learning — replay a phrase until it sticks.
  • 04Dance & choreography — loop a single move.
  • 05Tutorials — repeat one step of a how-to.
  • 06Focus & ambient — loop a calm section.

FAQ

Can YouTube loop a specific section?
Not on its own — YouTube only loops whole videos. LoopVideo adds precise A-B section looping on top of the embedded player.
Why is there a tiny gap when looping?
Jumping back to A relies on YouTube's seek, which adds about 0.1–0.3s. It is low-latency and practice-friendly, but not perfectly seamless — a platform limitation.
Can I save loops without an account?
Yes. Saved loops are stored locally in your browser (up to 20). No sign-up, and they do not sync across devices.
Does LoopVideo download YouTube videos?
No. It never downloads, stores, or proxies video — it only uses YouTube's embedded player.
Why won't some videos play?
Some owners disable off-site embedding, or videos are age-restricted. A third-party player cannot bypass this; we offer a one-tap link to watch on YouTube instead.
Can it keep playing in the background on mobile?
No. Background or lock-screen playback requires YouTube Premium and is not possible with the plain embedded player.
Why do some speed options not appear?
Available speeds are decided by the current video. We only show the rates YouTube reports as available for it.
